PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

1. Terms used in this Agreement:
1.1. "Website" is the collection of text, graphics, design, images, programme code, photos, videos and other intellectual properties published on the internet at the address vzsp.net.
1.2. "Website Administration" refers to persons that have administrator permissions to the Website.
1.3. "User" - any person accessing the website and accepting the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether or not they have registered with the Website and logged into it.
2. Use of personal data
2.1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User consents to the Website Administration processing his or her personal data.
2.2. The goal of processing personal data is to communicate with the customers of the company.
2.3. The following personal data are to be processed: 2.3.1
The full name of the User; 2.3.2.
The email address of the User; 2.3.3.
The phone number of the User.
2.4. The processing of personal data means the following: collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, updating, revising, retrieving, using, deleting, destroying personal data.
2.5. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User agrees to receive email messages from the company.
2.6. This consent to the processing of the User's personal data is for an indefinite period of time, but the User may withdraw such consent by notifying the Website Administration by email.
2.7. The Website Administration undertakes to use personal data collected from Users accessing the website in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data, including federal law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 On Personal Data in the revision in effect at the time of processing the personal data.
