The oil mill was nationalised, the production shops that had once been stopped were being brought back into operation, new warehousing facilities were constructed, a railway line was laid directly up to the site, and indoor plumbing and running water were installed in the facility. The facility expanded significantly, employing around 600 people. By 1925, the production rate reached the pre-civil war level.
